wondered into the village (Goathland) where apparently that TV program Heartbeat was filmed. it wasn't that interesting but boy were there a lot of Heartbeat addicts. we then innocently decided that we needed to go to the supermarket...did you know yorkshire seems to be devoid of supermarkets? we drove for two hours before finding a sainsbury's.
